We have done everything they have asked we faxed stuff over to them and every single day mike gibs calls and say the same thing that they are still missing some documents. First of all if they are a debt settlement and lawyers i thought they are the ones who is supposed to be calling our crediters and getting all the info they need. What are we paying them for, to sit an their asses and do nothing but call us everyday wanting us to do everything when they got all the info on our credit report that they need. Give me a freakin break they are no good and i don't blaim people for complaining about them.
