PayPal wont give me my money!

PayPal has locked my account and are holding $2600 of my money for at least 180 days! Yes - that is 6 months! They claim there is "unusual" activity on my account and they are afraid of charge backs.

I have had this account for over 2 years now and have NEVER had 1 chargeback or one dispute that wasn't settled quickly.

I do not have 1 single complaint against me, nor have I for over a year! I have contacted the States Attorney, BBB and now ripoff report.

I am self employed and a small business owner... Them holding this money from me will result in laying off my workers and WILL significantly impact my ability to deliver to my customers on time and will damage my business.

If this is happening to me, I'm sure this is happening to many others. I would like to hear from anyone that has started a class action suit against PayPal, or anyone that would like to start a suit against them if they have done the same to you!
