Another complaint re: ge money

I am using this credit card (cc) for dental work and am stuck, b/c no dentists w/work out payment plans anymore b/c they've been ripped off so often. While my husband and I paid off ALL of our cc's, we decided we wouldn't get any more if we could help it and that we HATE all cc companies/banks, mainly b/c they're rip-offs. And I could go on a rampage about bail-out money for banks, but you don't want to hear it right now. Bottom line, cc companies are banks and banks having trouble b/c they overlent via cc or mortgage loans do NOT deserve a bail-out. We paid our bills and continue to do so.

However, I had to call GE MONEY today re: my dental loan and I had a real nice man help me, so I told him I would KUDO him. Well, I searched GE MONEY'S web site high and low only to get a phone number but no e-mail address for the company. Excuse me, but this gentleman really deserved a KUDO (and many deserve COMPLAINTS), so I called back, waited on hold 30 minutes and got a snotty girl saying they just don't have an e-mail address, to write to them. Well, excuse me, but it's 2009 and I am extremely innovative. I do not write and mail letters anymore, and I do most everything on-line. Plus, with my 25 years of broad work experience, if I was a manager/ower of a company and customers KUDO'd an employee over and over, I'd do everything in my power to pay that person more and try to keep that person on board as long as possible. It saves a lot of money in the long run. Plus, customer service is real important to me... I provide excellent service and expect, or appreciate it, in return, especially if they're getting paid for it. And COMPLAINTS, well, I've written my fair share of those letters too. Both letters help tremendously in knowing how your staff is doing. And I don't care if you're the lowest paid person on the totem pole or the president, everyone needs a "pat on the back" once in a while.

So, since I found this web site and everyone griping about GE MONEY, I thought I'd share my experience today. Believe me, I wouldn't use any credit if I could help it, but sometimes it's necessary. And I guess this "stellar" guy will NOT receive a KUDO from me since I can't e-mail it to management.

What other companies are affiliated with GE MONEY or GE MONEY BANK? I have to remain on a good rapport w/these folks b/c I need a lot of dental work done and I'm stuck. Trust me, my husband and I looked at all the options.
