Hello I've been searching online and also have run into loads of others within the same scenario as myself. I also was approached by telephone from Astar to become educated that I'd gained a visit to california with the clippings and am having difficulty obtaining the cash back has anybody got their money-back?

I had been told I'd gained the 7days/6nights in Orlando, Fl 3/times/2nights Daytona/Chocolate beach and also the Bahama cruise.
