Ripoff Travel Fraudulent Billing of Credit Card

This company "AStar Holidays" has been trying to get hold of me for the pass two weeks, this morning they manage to get me (only because it is Saturday here, New Zealand). The guy (DAVID NEWBURY) on the other end of the phone told me that I had won a holiday to Florida with them paying for 85% of the holiday and I would only have to pay for 15% which was $990.00 and that I had 18months to take the holiday for Myself and Wife and 2 Children, with Disneyworld and Seaworld etc tickets, 7days and 6nights with a cruise at the end, NASA Tours etc.

He then asked for our Credit Card number expiry date etc., which my wife was a bit worried about doing this so ask if our Credit Card was going to be charged, which he responded in saying "NO this is for verification for hotel booking purposes only" so we gave our details, in which we were told to hold the line and he would put us though to a operator for a verification number. The operator told us that our Credit Card had been debit with $490.00, at which put my wife said NO we did not want to be charge for this amount we were then put on hold and put through to a manager who was very rude and told us that the debit would be reversed, and promptly hanged up on else.

We then phone our Credit Card company and told them the situation, they block our Credit Card, but while we were talking the "AStar" tried to charge $700.00.

We would like to hear from anyone who has been SCAMMED by this company (ROR REDACTED EMAIL FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)
