Holiday scam - No refunds

About the 29th Nov my spouse approved a "free" holiday present from ASTAR journey repetitions not understanding it had been to get a timeshare vacation. The vacation was provided in a discount cost of £536 for 2 months in California. Bank card details received within the telephone. The next evening my spouse published a termination notice and delivered emails stating that she'd improved her brain. They certainly were overlooked and also the deal advanced.
