Lied, scammed, rip off

This company told me they would get me a better rate because now i only had one income to pay the mortgage due to the loss of a job. They said they would do a "LOAN MODIFICATION" Steve Byrne (866) 7494916 ext 5008 is the biggest con artist of all. There is also Lisa Bramford, Carl Dockery. They give you the run around whenever you call they tell you they have so much work your case has been handed over to another person. Whenever you call that new person and their extention you cant get them. They charged $1500 (a months mortgage) and send me paper work guaranteeing 100% refund after 90days if they dont get the loan modification done. There was no such thing as a refund. I kept calling my lender to see if mason capital contacted them and they keep telling me "NO ONE FROM MASON CAPITaL CONTACTED THEM". They scammed me out of my money. They keep changing their phone numbers. Now, How many other people have gotten scammed because of loop holes in the law like what this company uses. Can someone please help or look into this so that others will not end up loosing their home like this. I cant blame anyone but myself for being so nieve but it will never happen again. Any advice?
