Mason Capital Group LLC MCG Takes Advantage of Failing Homeowners

Mason Captial Group LLC advertises heavily on the internet and guarantees that it will save your home from foreclosure. After paying the heavy up-front fees, I never recieved another call from them. I would call and be transferred to a voice mail each time. When I once finally got a person, Carl Dockery, he assured me that he had been in touch with my lender and a loan modification was inthe works.

A week later I recieved a notice of foreclosure and my home was being sold at auction. I was livid. I did have time to call NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporaton) and get free help. Please don't deal with Mason Capital, they are a scam and are only nice and responsive until they get your money... Then they disappear. I would love to see a Class Action suit filed againt MCG because I am sure there are hundreds, if not thousands of people like me and I am also sure that they lots of money. To show how sleazy they are, I just recieved another solicitation e-mail from them, they don't even keep track of the people they have already ripped off!!!
