Loan modification

Late June I spoke to Steven Martinez from Mason Money and settled $1000 with a charge card and he explained that I'd not need to pay for my mortgage before mortgage loan modification went though. I'd sent so much paperwork (evidence of revenue, W2is, economic worksheet etc) which required plenty of money and time. I'd to check out up and contact Builder Money to determine how issues on the website finish were. They explained my document was handed to an attourney also it had been viewed. I called again plus they stated that they'd a lot of documents and factor ought to be finished within 14 days. Fourteen days have handed and that I named again and also the telephone number isn't any longer operating

Can anybody help? Recommend what I will do?
