Loan Modification in sixth month

I approached HopeNow in November. Each month since Pursuit has requested me for additional files. Today I'm being informed they're overcome. How is that this helping people? In my opinion it to be always a fraud. I owe significantly less than 1/8th of the worthiness of my house and that I currently anticipate Pursuit will attempt to obtain me into foreclosure. So what can I really do. Asking does not support.
