Capital One
No customer svc

I recently had a income reduction and needed to call my creditors to make arrangements so that I could continue paying them. The first one I called was Target, they helped me. The second one I called was Capital One. They referred me to a Consumer Credit Company to make the arrangements. They would not let me do it myself. They customer service rep transferred said she was transferring my call to one of these services. It was the FTC! If I continue to get this kind of service from Capital One, I will complain to the FTC. I will also write complaints on this site and others like it.
