Late fee - even tho you paid early New York City, New York

Okay - I transferred a balance from AE to Capitalone of 600 dollars - been paying on time since - a day or two after they cut down my limit to my current spending amount - so I just said screw it, and did not pay one month since they screwed me over thinking they will just tack on the late fee - FINE, however within 7 - 9 days I get a call telling me that if I did not pay I'd get charged a late fee - HA! It was already late - anywhoo after a bit I hung up on them after telling them about taking the tarp money and screwing over the American People, and how if they were soo worried about it to call Capitalone, and up my limit and transfer over the balance, and well cancel the card - they can't do that, but they can steal from the American Tax payers, and take that money - screw over the American people even more, have foreclosures, etc.., but they can't call another bank to up the limit... Hmmmm...

They kept calling - again I told them the same thing - one said right before I hung up. And I quote "technically we didn't get the bailout money" - what bullcrud..

Anyway I did tell the first caller I would start paying again the next month - no good...

Well anyway - I paid the next month - short a bit on the minimum - I paid Capitalone the most since they don't hound me, and of course didn't screw me over a month = same limit...

So here we go. I paid 40.00

- well golly - they are NOW trying to get ahold of me on the phone again - ugh! They now have added a Late fee again which is BullCRUD - 'cause as u can see I paid on time even tho it was under the minimum, and way earlier than the 2nd of the month due date... Ugh! What a ripoff...

Yes they even upped again the limit to LET (yeah right) upcoming charges go thru from the 2800 - now 2500 max - which is odd - I am about 300 dollars UNDER the limit - and they put a HOLD on the card which I can't use the remaining credit until I pay off the late fee - - why put a late fee - then hold the card - why not just tack on the late fee like Capitalone Did (and other banks do)...:) - Oh! And before I forget - When they tacked on the late fee - it was due Immediately, and was about Double the minimum amount - and with this crud about charging a late fee again even tho paid on time, and again earlier than expected...
