Ripoff. I can't get my package or a refund!

This company has deducted $221.95 from my checking account in Nov 16 for a package.in Dec I had never received anything so I called them and they said they where running behind schedule. I then called agin in the end of Dec and they told me to wait until Jan.

I called in Jan and they told me that would have to send out a second package which I also did not recieve. I then called in Feb and they told me they would send me a refund letter which I did get.

I filled it out and sent it back which they recieved on Feb 21. This money was to be returned in 30 days. I have called several times since then and they told me that I should have it by the end of April.

I been calling for the past few days and now there is no answer in the office.
