False promises rip off scam con artists ripoff fraud business

Jan. 14 I got a phone call from one of the representative of Global Finacial, and I was told that I got the pre-approved for the credit card with the credit line of $2,500. All I have to do is pay for the one time fee of $221.95. And as part of the promotion I will also receive a $500.00 grocery certificate and $100.00 gas certificate and a lot more. And I will receive my credit card after 18 days.

But that time I just got back from our christmas vacation, so basically my financial was too tight. But the representative was keep on insisting that they can work it out for me, that they can extend the date of the payment 'til Feb. 20 and with the promise that I will receive the package in 18 days. About second week of Feb. I gave them a call and I was asking them when am I gonna receive my package? And the customer service representative told me that they need to get the payment first then they will send me the package in 18 working days.

So I started having a doubt. I called on Feb. 19 and I told the customer service representative that I want to cancel that account and I don't want them to take my money on my bank account. But the representative told me that they cannot do the cancellation because they should be notify 48 hours prior to the said date. And again they promise me that they'll send the package in 18 days.

So I waited and waited, and it's more than 18 workings days and still I haven't receive anything from them. So I stated calling them almost everyday. And the last time I spoke with the representative was on April 14 and the representative told me that they already shipped the package and I will receive it in 3 days. And that was the last time that I'll lbe able to contact them, 'cause when I tried to call them nobody answer and it was just a recording.

I hope that somebody will help me to get my money back and I hope whoever is responsible for this scam will be punish.
