Ultra Vx
Kept my money from deposit account

I had my ultra vx card for almost two years. I preset my own credit limit to 1500, so as I spent and paid my bill my deposit account grew to 6526.00. I cancelled my card march of 09 and never recieved my money back from secured deposit account. When I try to call, they hang up when I enter my cc number and when I actually talk to live person I am told they can not pull up my information because my account is cancelled! They owe me 5026.00!!!
