Ayshore banks cheating strategy - well, one of them

Way back in the 90s we had opened an account with them, which was easy no problems there. But they wanted us to get a secured card from them, Which meant we gave them a deposit of $22.5 k and they will provide s with a card with 15000 $ limit. We used their services for about 8-9 yers and then cancelled the card and asked them to credit our deposit. The depsot wa scredited and all but 4400 was left in there which sat there for a while. One day upon checking the online account we discovered that they had shut down our access and when asked why they said they close dthe account. They never informed us and said the account was not profitable. When we asked for teh balance they said we wil get 4000 back and 400 was their administrative services, we asked them to wire the money instead they sent us a check of 3100. When asked why another 900 was taken they said their back office had done that and they will look into that. After that they never returned calls. Moral ofthe story is if they decide to take your money you are out of luck
