Refused a direct deposit

I have had a greendot accout for a long time now, I have never really had a problem until recently. I filed my taxes electronically and they were supposed to be direct deposited om January 25th. On January 29th I contacted Greendot and was told that there were no direct deposits. On the 30th I was told that it was rejected because the assount number was wrong. The account number used came from their direct deposit form. It was checked numberous times by my husband and myself. I proceeded to ask the "supervisor" for information about my account and the direct deposit problem. I even confirmed the accout numbers with her and she said yes that is the account numbers and the direct deposit numbers. I was told that my deposit was rejected and sent back. She then claimed that the IRS made the error so I cancelled my card and said forget it. At that point I called theIRS to find out that the deposit is in limbo because it has not been sent back yet. So I try to call greendot yet again and find that although I can log onto my account online I can't talk to a person because my account number doesn't work. So now I am out my whole tax return, and have to put my plans on hold until hopefully I get my money. So my children won't get to go to disneyland with their daddy before he returns to the army and we have to hope we don't loose our apartment (we recieved a 30 day notice yesterday). With greendot still having my return it will take 3-4 weeks for the IRS to mail out a papercheck AFTER they get the return back... So who knows when I'll get my money!
