I originally ordered a free trial and provided credit card info to see how their systems would work, I have been expected them to mail their packaging with account info. Its been about two months now and I still haven't recieved anything and my credit card has been charged twice. I simply asked to cancel last week and requested a refund which they refused to.

I have found out many others are having the similar problem. Best not to even start with these guys. I really tried to simply work things out with them and completely refused. No business ethics!
