Used automated dialers to call cell phone every hour on the hour

This company has repeatedly used an automated dialer to call my cell every hour on the hour seven days a week for a debt that is not mine. I have requested several times that they cease calling only to be met with screaming, accusations and threats.

I would like to file a formal complaint against this agency and seem them severely reprimanded.
