Scare tactics, threats and harassment

After extensive research, I have deduced that this company is NOT an attorney's office, despite what they may threaten you with over phone or voice mail. I have received an obsence amount of calls from 'the Law Offices of Jason Head on both my home line and on my cell phone. I have requested over the phone and in writing who they are, what is owed, etc. They have threatened me with court dates, missed court dates and more. They will call over and over again, at all hours of the day and evening, leaving messages that are automated or by a 'live' person.

I have asked them to stop calling me on both my home and cell lines and they refuse insisting that they "will call as often as they feel necessary." They leave 4-5 messages on my phone daily with threats, sarcasm and harassing comments. They have yet to confirm their existence with me via post or voice. They are a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY posing as an attorney's office - don't let the website or their threatening calls sway you. DO NOT give them any personal information or, for godssakes, money!!!

I will contine to ignore their calls and log their sarcastic, threatening voice mails on my portable voice recorder. I have also filed a formal grievance with the Govenrmental Do Not Call website. These douchebags really need to be shut down. Has anyone filed legal claim against these jerks?
