Constant Harassment, Bombarding my cell phone SLEAZY

I have been receiving more than 100 calls from this unethical, bottom feeder collection agency... Allied Interstate has called my cell phone EVERY HOUR during the day for the past 2 weeks. No message was ever left on my voicemail. I finally called this trashy collection agency back, and the clueless CSR admitted to me that they use an "auto-dialer", and that the employees of this ruthless collection agency had no control over what phone numbers the auto dialer was calling. It turns out that Capital One had supposedly contacted them because I failed to pay a late fee on my credit card!!! I NEVER received any correspondence from Capital One regarding this so-called late fee; instead, I started to see the phone number 877-218-3219 show up on my cell phone. I contacted Capital One, and I got the typical run-around..."Let me transfer you to the correct department", etc... I will NEVER have another Capital One credit card again!!! Beware!!! One more interesting tidbit about Allied Interstate... The Minnesota Attorney General sued them a while back for harassing people who didn't even have any outstanding debt to be collected. We need to stand up for our rights! Thank you!!
