Company will not update records to show correct amount due and I get different answers to the same questions

I have been trying without getting any results to find out why they keep changing my payment amount. I signed an agreement with Ocwen to have my interest rate dropped and my payments to be reduced which they agreed to back in Jan. But as of today they still are still holding me the higher interest rate and my payments have been increased by $400.00 a month. My payments were around $700 but now they are saying that they will now be $1,100 for some reason. I have called for the past few months and of course I can never talk to the same person even though I document all names and all conversations. All I get is that the person that I am talking to can not find any records of me calling and no record of the agreement that was signed and received back in Jan. They all say for me to give it some more time and to check back in a week, I have been checking back every week for the past three months. If I had a way to chance mortgage companies I would.
