OCwen Federal Bank AKA OCwen Loan Servicing The Theives Have Moved onto Orange County ripoff Orlando Florida

This company has been a world of trouble for me since they purchased my loan from Aames Home Loan.
They sent 2 Mortgage Statements usually every month, one reflecting a more realistic bill and the other which is usually dated 2 or 3 day's difference from the other to compute at least twice the amount owed.

For instance my house note was set-up to be $1,365.00 a month since OCwen bought my loan I have been paying them In excess of $1,500 to $1,7, 00 a month. But the bogus 2nd monthly statement usually reads $3,500 a month. I guess I'm getting my choice of fabricating plans from a company I never locked In a loan with In the first place! The clincher here Is OCwen notified me soon after they bought my loan that they had never received my mortgage payment although I had mailed It from a local Post Office here In Orange County CA.

I scrambled to get them another check and YESSSSSSSSS
They miraclously uncovered the missing mortgage check months later after they had assured me that they had on record to discard the check if they ever unearthed it. Of course I Put a stop payment on the check and they still are trying to go after me for Incomplete Transaction fees.

I am gearing up for a fight and will exhaust all my options til I get this HORRIBLE COMPANY away from me and my house!
