Ocwen misapplying payments and threatening to foreclose ripoff

Ocwen bought our loan from new century in october and immediately breeched our contract, lowering our payments so our impounds would be insufficient to cover our property taxes and hazard insurance. They let our hazard insurance cancel november stating our impounds didnt include it.

After our agent got a hold of them, they agreed to pay them, then proceeded to pay them 236.00 to much. Ombudsman agreed to have owcen put the money back which never happened. We have fought with them for a year and a half to correctly apply our payments. With an interest only loan they are applying $14.00 of my monthly payment to the principal which is leaving our impounds in the negative.

We have always made the correct payment per the hud documents but ocwen decided to change the payments and the dispersment of the money, and are now threatening to foreclose if we dont pay them the negative amount of our impounds

Does anyone know of a class action suit we can join, ocwen is satan and needs to be put out of business
