After paying for services, they have decided to place all files on hold until more fees paid!

After submitted files had been worked on for several months, Usloss Mitigation decided they would cancel my files and place a " new 60 day" policy on all files. If the files were to continued to be worked on by them, there would be an additional fee of $250 per every two hours of work on the case. My cases were submitted long before this " new policy" and many of which had not been followed up on or worked on as promised. Thus leaving me to try and pick up all the peices with the lender. I had confirmed with some of the lenders there were missing forms and other docs today! Also, leaving me with a case that is facing foreclosure next week is far from professional!

After submitting complete packages to them there is no reason they should not be following up with the lenders on these cases. The should never, never ask for additional money on cases that were submitted long before this new procedure took place. They should continue to work these files until the cases are closed. Otherwise, the 60 day rule basically applies to everyone, as most cases take a min. Of 90 plus days to resolve!

I do not recommend this company to anyone - work your cases your self after getting proper training, you will save money and headache! I have never had one case that went smooth with this company. They are never polite or curtious on the phone. They are always very direct and almost stoic when talking with anyone over there! They have also told several of my clients that I was charging them too much! Since when can an affiliate company tell you what to charge based on current cicumstances!? I usually charge what the mortgage payment is anyway as does everyone else! After that incident, I never sent them a new case.

I have worked my own cases the past 6 moths now, finding it easier and faster then working with that Joke of a company! I'm simply trying to finish the cases I had pending - now up until today when we were blind siding with their " new policy"! Please! This is nothing but a scam and shows they have nothing but greed and poor business skills!
