Late Payment Reported After Closing Delay Despite Branch Manager's Promise

I currently have mortgage with Wells Fargo, and I try to refinancing with them to have better interest rate. Well, the refinancing loan supposed to close in March 25th but it didn't happen for some reason which Wells Fargo never disclose it to me why they can't close the loan while everything was done and set to close on March 25th base on the branch manager.

When the loan was not close on March 25th, Wells Fargo mortgage company reported me to the credit report that I was late for my March mortgage payment, and this ruin my credit badly.

The branch manager at Wells Fargo promised me that he personally contacted Wells Fargo mortgage company to ensure there will be no credit report whatsoever, please see the branch manager's email that he promised me there will be no credit report or anything. Well, Mrs. Manager it was reported. So I try to contact the branch manager but he never reply to my email, and the district manager called me and said that he had forward my complaint to Wells Fargo department but when I tried to contact them, they didn't have any information about my dispute.

Please be careful when doing business with Wells Fargo, and this will be the last time that I will ever do business with them again. I have been banking with them in the last 15 years, and this is what I have for being loyal customer.

I'm very surprised that HM MTG is calling when I personally including my LDS3 processor has already contacted them about the refinance and request for full payoff good through 04/05/09& I would be more than happy to call them myself and tell them to cease calling youthe anticipated closing date on your loan is this Wednesday 03/25thyour deal is already with our State attorneys so HM MTG shouldn't be calling you to request a paymentof course I do understand that HM MTG is a huge department, however, we have already contacted them about the situation and the refinance so they shouldn't contacting you requesting a payment because we are already in the process of closing your loanin terms of credit you should be just fineour HM MTG department will not report anything to the agencies in terms of a passed due paymentI'll make of thatif you would like to give me the number of the representative who called you I will be more than happy to inform them to stop calling and that any questions they may have they can call me directlybut you should be ok in terms of credit the only reason that there was a delay on your loan was due to the inco check that the IRS wasn't getting back to usother than that everything is fine& if you want you can give them this temporary loan ID # 1265531 and we have already contacted your home owners insurance with the exact same informationlet me know what I can do to help& I would also be more than happy to call HM MTG for you as well— I already sent an email to our home office and State Attorney to check on everything
