Bank account withdrawls

Before i knew what sort of ethics rab inc employees follow i made the mistake of giving the my checking account number. Before i knew it they were withdrawling money without giving notice first.

I was checking my bank account and noticed that RAB inc had withdrawn $25.00 which was a late payment fee. They did not give any notice that they were going to take any money. Also they never told us what their late payment fees were.

About a week later i got a letter from them indicating that they would be taking $25.00 out of my account. The letter was dated for the day after they originally took they money out without my permission. Now i have tried to get them to take my bank account off of the rab account but they keep trying to take money even though i call them on the date agreed and try to pay the amount agreed. Is what they are doing at all legal?
