Set the collection agents on me... Not even my debt! New south wales

In the 90's i had a savings account only with citibank that never even went into overdraft.

Citibank set brodie collections on to me in april to collect a debt belonging to someone else with the same name as me but with a different date of birth & a post office box address some 1000kms away from me.

Brodie went into liquidation about a year ago.

Three years after the start, another debt collection agency has started the harrassing phone calls again.

Once again i had to prove that i am not the person who owes the debt.

Citibank offered me AUD100 compensation. That works out a 9 australian cents per day for having my life destroyed by these BLATANTLY CRIMINAL ACTIONS. This would not even cover my costs to have this sorted out.

Of course i told them to stick the "offer" where the sun doesn't shine.
