Illegal Negative Item Filing Negative item reported on Experian credit report with no communication or notification!

Capital Management Ventures/National recovery agency reported a $161 collection amount to my Experian credit report today, I am subscribed to Identityguard so I got an automated email saying this had been added.
I have an immaculate credit history and this negative collection item impacted by credit score by 75 points!
I tried calling these guys but gave up as the hold time was upto 45 mins, I finally managed to get a hold of someone who again put me on hold and finally disconnected!

I have filed a complaint with FTC, Attorney General's office in NH and PA. I have also open a dispute with Experian, anyone have any idea what would be the next steps? Wwhat happens if Experian does not remove it, has anyone dealt with this before???

(I have no idea what this collection is for, received no communication or notification from the collection agency, I don't even know who the original creditor is)
