Got Me Too! Underhanded Credit reporting tactics

Well, as with many others on this site, I've been hit with a negative credit reports from Capital Management Ventures and their child company National Recovery. Most people have had the hit on Experian, mine was TransUnion. Be aware that I have not had any contact from these people, my first indication was a credit report red flag.
