CAPITAL MANAGEMENT VENTURES working through National Recovery Agency has ruined my credit report

I had a letter in the mail today saying that a credit card account had been cancelled because of a derogatory collection filed. This credit card is the only one I'm using now and I always pay on time, even early, so I couldn't understand why I would suddenly be cancelled. I called them and they said that I needed to obtain my credit report, which I did free through Experian. ALL of my accounts are perfect and all list that I pay in full/never late.

There is one derogatory item on my report and I have no idea what it is. It's for $69 and opened last October. There is nothing else that I am paying off except the credit card that cancelled me. I certainly didn't buy something for $69 and not pay for it! There is no number listed for this company which is listed Capital Management Ventures (also listing National Reporting Agency as someone that works through them). I saw all of the other reports here on this company. WHY did Experian report me to my credit card company, getting my account cancelled, for a fraudulent $69 when all of my accounts have been perfect and I always have paid on time??? You would think they are aware of this company by now. You would also think that I would receive some sort of notice in the mail concerning this. I have not gotten anything saying I owe this money. I have disputed it but have to wait 30-45 days for an answer.

In the meantime, my credit card has been cancelled and my credit ruined. I am waiting for more letters to come in the mail now. I want to know what I can do about this now. What if I wait over a month and they don't remove this from my credit report? Certainly there is something that I can do about this.
