Ripoff false name used, lied, stoled personal information off internet, bogus account

A bill was sent to our address with my wifes first name and false last name of carrione. The letter stated that 30.00 dollars was due now. When i called and inquired i was told that my wife needs to use her 2,500.00 to shop on the internet. I said she did not apply for this and was told to pay the bill or her credit is in jeopardy. I cant believe they got social, date of birth and our address. This is disgusting and flat out identity theft, if this is not a crime i dont know what is. This so called businness needs to be shut down and criminal charges should be brought.
