Unauthorized Charges on Phone Bill Dallas Texas

Unauthorized charges on my phone bill. Called the phone number on the bill, a customer service rep indicated that a calling card was purchased via the internet. This wasn't the case because at the time the charges were place 7/15, I had been without internet service for some time.
Placed a call to the number indicated on the phone bill, USBI Main Street Internet.informed them that the charges were false and unauthorized. They indicated that I would receive a credit on my next bill. Should I not receive the credit, I will be updating this complaint with pursuant actions.
This is a disgusting scam which is making someone very rich off those who don't look closely at their bill.
