Do not apply with "The Right Staff" staffing company in Minnesota. My roomates boyfriend is from Germany, and his visa has run out. He has been trying to stay in the United states, and has resorted to doing anything.

These Mexican guys he met at a strictly cash labor job told him of how they just got the personal information of different people to apply for state Id's in other states. This personal information included criminal background checks and credit reports that they require to have done, as part of the interview process when applying with them.

When my room mate's boyfriend met with one of the women that worked at "The Right Staff", she had photocopies of each persons state Id, as well as birth certificate.

She let him go through different copies of ID's until he found one that looked like him.

What he received was a complete credit report, as well as criminal background check, previous employment history, and places of residence. He paid $700 for this.

I was shocked. I had him call her again, and while listening in on the call, I had him ask her if she would sell 300 or more files like this.

She also said that in the next 2 weeks she would be able to provide credit/debit card information
