Harassing Debt Collection Calls Despite Telling Them I Am Unemployed

Long respected bank now going overboard with debt collection techniques. I get 10-12 calls a day from harassing representatives trying to get me to pay my debt that I owe when they are told I am unemployed and I can't pay anything. Representatives constantly lie to me about their names and their credentials with Navy Federal Credit Union. When asked for a supervisor the supervisors themselves are just as rude, immature and pushy with debt collecting tactics.
