Excessive charges and horrible customer service

I applied my bank card to create a 25.00 purchase. Little did I understand that I had been brief a few bucks in my own bill. Used to donot believe costs might undergo when the cash was not within the consideration. I am talking about it isn't a 'credit' card. The cost experienced and some nights later I obtain a notice in the lender about an 'facility' charge. O.K., I lined it-up to 'today I understand', and was set-to spend the charge. I really couldnot reach the financial institution because of my inconsistent time-table that week. After I did ensure it is directly into look after the problem, I came across that I currently had a 75.00 cost put into my bill. I requested to talk to somebody in control. The girl that I spoke to was really rude and handled me just like a warm check felon. Since that time, the costs have simply extended to rise. I've attempted many times to correct the problem, actually accepting to pay for the 75.00 value of costs, to no avail. I actually do think that an individual must take responsibility due to their errors but I WOn't spend over 250.00! Do banks no further have any regulations to response to? I am talking about I understand they operate the planet, I suppose I simply believed they'd get it done with a few pretense at integrity.
