Reopens closed accounts and processes debit card charges

I closed my checking account in Sept. 2000.in April they reopened the account to allow America Online to charge monthly fees (another closed account). This was unknowned to me until I tried to open an account in late Hibernia is unwilling to assist me in clearing this from my Checksystems record. Watch them they have defrauded me and will do it to you as well.
