Fraud!

They hounded me about a phone bill I was to pay. Then had my bank account for payments and when I told them NOT to take anything out of my bank account, they did anyway. It caused me to lose money in my savings account to cover the fees that I was overdrawn. Then if that wasn't bad enough they gave me the run around and told me it was a "human error", then proceeded to tell me they had to go through some process and it would take 60-90 days before I get a refund if I ever got a refund! I explained that this is FRAUD and they can't do this to me! I now have to pay more money to the banks thanks to these people and try and clean up THERE mess! This agency needs shut down! They are just like scammers. When they put me and another female on hold they transferred us to each other numerous times. They also switched me from center to center and told me that they couldn't do anything, and screamed at me like there was no tomorrow, plus threatened me! These people are unreal and need to lose their jobs for good, maybe then they will know what we feel like!!!

The same incident happened to a relative of mine when she went to buy a house it said she owed this company and she has the paper stating it was paid years ago before they got it. Until they got the fax (after she sent it to them 22 times before they admitted getting it) they argued with her over and over again and still haven't fully taken it off of her credit! They are out to harm us more than they are to help us!
