False billing

I keep getting updates from these clowns, stating I owe $29.95 in back-payments for my netzero account. My consideration is immediately charged to my MC each month, and it has not overlooked a month yet. The account amount they've isn't ours, and likely to our consideration data at ntezero, our consideration is current. I named the amount for Usa Online, whatever you get is just a saving, suggesting to deliver funds for their tackle, or should you challenge the statement, create them in the same address. I published, detailing that its charged automatically each month, the client amount isn't ours, and netzero claims we're current, once we have usually been. I got no response, they do not answer their telephones, should be they've no body that may speak, or read. This month I acquired another "closing" notice from their website.

I'm really considering hireing a lawyer, to get a civil suit.
