HORRIBLE COMPANY, Asked security questions had nothing to do with me!

Bank sends me a letter saying all of their information has been breached they will be sending me a new card. I recieve a new card and call to activate it. I was put on hold for 45 minutes then gave up. I call back the following week, again, on hold. When they finally are done transferring me around they ask me a slew of security questions. Questions which had NOTHING to do with my life.

The asked me what kind of car I drive then gave 4 examples. Its right on my credit report I drive a Prius! But they missed that. They asked me what addresses I have ever been associated with, NONE they mentioned, they asked me if I knew people, which I have never heard of.

Then they said my card was frozen, I am cut off from the use of my card they will not activate the new card until I send them my driver license, passport, and utility bills to a PO box 80055 Salinas CA 93912
At this point I want to close this account as this horrible bank but I have had it so long on my credit report I and I know it looks bad when you close accounts.
This bank is horrible. This is just one more thing the customer service is terrible if and when you can actually get through to someone, they change interest to suit them, they do not increase limits even when you pay your card off every month.

AND the worst and most scary thing to me is their "SECURITY QUESTIONS" seem to be ENTIRELY about another person all together!

Something is OFF with this bank, I suggest a FULL SCALE FDIC investigation
