Shoddy workmanship of subcontractors, refuses to repair, doesn't accept responsibility for subcontractors

Handy Husband built porch on summer house but subcontracted gutters and roof. Roof leaked from the get go and subcontractor Brian Hamilton came several times and "patched" (Why would a new roof need patching?)

Next summer it was leaking again. HH referred me to Hamilton who patched again. Next summer it was leaking again. HH said they don't use Hamilton anymore but gave me a cell phone and told me he now works for Lowe's Home Improvement. Brian Hamilton scheduled to return and patch never showed up. Promished to fix roof after we left (at end of summer) Hamilton never came, roof still leaks, HH says they are not responsible.

I paid Handy Husband for the porch not the subcontractors. Reported to BBB and Attorney General's Office for the State of Delaware. Next is an attorney.
