Atm fraud taken off as frauds yrs. 03-07 fraud investigater decided to put all back on Wilington

I started my new credit with hsbcmastercard and orchard card which is also under hsbc. They gave me a 300 limit then kept raising. When limit was about 800 i had a fraud on both orchard n household cars for 400 each cash atm i never received a pin but i had n never lost card. Started at xmas season they credited as fraud. Sent new card. This kept happing n i asked for paperless but they kept sending bill in mail. They would never tell me where the atms were so i could try to get the tapes to see who was using my card number. They said my police dept had to call them for location. Wel my police dept refused to take tome out to contact n told me it was my responsibility to get info n then call them to report place of atm.
I kept getting more frauds n even had mail box moved to house with permission of the dc postal dept. Frauds were removed many times from 03-07-
they said they sent pin numbers new for each card but found out they never changed pin. I asked for no pin numbers beon the cards n they refused.
In 08 they sent new carand said no pins. I was relieved. They know im home bound n in wheel chair. Have lupus so dont go out daytime except to dr. An aid drives me.
Then in sept past card orchard was used at atm 500 and 2weeks later for more they said dif locations. An invesigator named rachel was assigned to my case n said not fraud she had proff. I said if so then give it to police.
I said how can it be for no pin was issued. I said you need to check maybe these have been inside info in your company.
She was so mad i suggested inside co fraud. Next day shecalled me n said she has reversed all frauds from 05-08 n was going to ruin me which overdraftedme n she put a frauds back saying she had proff. Since sept amount has grown to over 5,000 for both cards. I paid 100 0n household card for i used for purchasesi made n told lady that called. They called four times aday 2 calls each card. My other credit cards with high limits have lowed my limits n cancelled 1 card. Now they turned over to agency that calls 4 times aday starting 7am hVEto keep ringer off for im up all night n sleep maybe 5am.
I callked lwyers but no one will take fraud cases. I should not have listen to susie orman not to cancel 0 balance cards that lowers your credit score.
Im going to be 64 on the 13 in 12dys n sure could use some help.
I never should have paid the 100 i owed for now the collection ageny said you want us to belive someone paid on a fraud. I asked them to have mearrested so they can show their proff in court for if i did these atm cash then its a felony for me to report to them n police a fraud report.
They sent double cards many times but only 1 card i received n i have some triple cards same number that neibors gave me delivered to the.
Sorry for spelling my hands are hurting in pain. Btw i have been told by co im the only atm fraud not what police say they get everyday.
Anyone else have cash taken from an atm that was not you but u had your card.
