EDP EDebitpay-Acclaim Visa Prepaid Card
EDP Visa Card, EDP, EDebitpay-Acclaim Visa Prepaid Card Riped Off! Unarthorized Withdrawl from my Checking Account! Said Take it to the police! How did they get our Account No.! Ripoff

This company withdrew $159.95 from my checking account. We do not know how they got our bank account information. We did not give out any bank info over the net and we do not make purchases over the net! We do not have any credit cards or debit cards.

I had the bank run a trace on the withdrawl and they gave us the name and phone number of the EDP Company. When my husband called he was on hold for 20 min. The man that answered, wanted our bank account number and the name of our bank and the last 4 of his social security numbers. My husband told him that he already had this info. And that they withdrew $159.95 from our account WITHOUT out permission and asked how he got this info.? He said "that you must have filled out an application on line for our card on May 21". And when he told him that we DID NOT fill out information for their card or any other card he said "then you need to fill out our fraud papers and then take them to the police dept. And to let them fill their part out and then fax them back to them." We have been waiting for their e-mail with the "fraud papers" so we can fill them out etc. But have not received them yet!!
