They approved the fraud charges to my account made for almost 2000 USD in Kenya. Failed to alert me, never even bothered to call me just to verify it.
I discover the missing money on my account and called them. They failed to cancel the charges, allowed for the money to disappear from my account and even charged me the fee for international transaction.
They knew for more then 24 hr of this fraud but did absolutely nothing to stop it. Extremely rude and unprofessional, bunch of morons and idiots.
