Is a ripoff

I received Cumutta's package. Within 10 days I got a promotiion at work and lost a loved one. Sending back the package, that I never even unpacked, was the farthest thing from my mind. I called the '800' number to send it back. After speaking with 2 extremely rude people I was shut down. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I was 19 days out from the 30 day trial, but c, mon, there were mitigating circumstances. They exibited no flexability whatsoever. I want to tell the world how Cumutta is ripping off the public.
