I ordered the 14 day trial before reading all the negative reviews about this being a scam. I called them immediately to cancel my order and the lady said it was cancelled and I would not be charged anything including shipping fees. Few days later, I see the shipping charge still on my credit card. I called them and they said that they accidentally shipped it and that when I receive the package, to call them and they will reverse everything. I received the package and called them back and they said to send it back and they would NOT reverse the shipping and I would have to pay for shipping it back as well. I asked to speak to the rep who told me I would not be charged anything and they said she no longer works there. This is just 4 days after speaking to her. Stay away from these people. And it's more like a 9 days trial cause it starts the day you place the order.
