Ripoff scam rude uncooperative

Hello, I was ripped off by these folks as well. BUT I didn't even receive any kind of package or application from them. They just took the money and ran with it. I called them up to request information about the charge on my account and the lady was immediately on the defensive, extremely rude, wouldn't cooperate whatsoever.

I requested to speak with a supervisor, she said I didn't need to. I then requested that I would like to speak to her supervisor and she said "How's it feel to want?" and hung up on me. I then called back and she answered, and I requested to speak with a Supervisor and she said "I am the supervisor" I said, then I want your name, your employee number and YOUR supervisors name. She said "I do not have to give you any of that information."

I am taking all these nice letters that everyone has posted on here and taking them up to the bank with me and I am going to dispute the charges on my account. Don't fall victim to these morons.
