Deceptive Leasing Practices

My son and I were talked into signing a contract. After signing and sending the contract back I noticed specific information was left off the contract. The Rep talked to my son and promises were made that never happened. Also, we were told that if for any reason we needed to cancel it wouldn't be an issue and that we could either exit the agreement or change our plan, which was a lie! We were given a specific quote which was useless as they have been overcharging us quite extensively.

We have not paid our bill for the last 3 months and have asked them in the past to come and get this equipment as we want out of this agreement as promised by our initial rep. Now, they are not returning calls and they are the most unpleasant people I have had the displeasure of speaking to. We are going to get a lawyer to represent us. I would not recommend doing business with Strada.
