White Crane / Strada Technologies / Strada Cart / TNT Cart This company has been ripping off small businesses for years. Let's get them before they change their name again

I paid Strada Cart, which is now TNT Cart, for a new website in May and still do not have a working site. I started doing some research and found out that this company previously did business as White Crane and Strada Technologies. They have never delivered a working website and have left a lot of very unhappy businesses in their wake. They change their name and contact information so they can't be found. There are a group of us who are trying to get our money back from them. We want to file a class action lawsuit against them and would like to hear from anyone who has been ripped off by them.
