Scammed by MBF Leasing. Changed our contract, swindled into signing contract, and committed us to 4 years even after submitting mental condition reported by psychiatrist. Ripoff

This company is a complete scam. They swindle you into "signing the contract" and then make up bogus claims that you owe them for four years of leasing equipment that would cost you a total of $250.00. My husband can't find his original contract, but we swares up and down it's not the $79.95 month they say. They took out $88.90 a month for about 7 months until we told the bank to decline their withdraws. Than they try other names to get your money. And to top it off, they will constantly do credit checks under your name (you know that makes your credit score decline when people check into your credit report).

My husband even submitted them letters from the mental facility letting them know he was not mentally fit at the time of signing the "contract". They said they did not care. He signed the "contract". These people are completely off the charts when talking about unethical. I would be more than happy to participate in a class action suit. I would love to stand up and testify how they:

-harrassed us for about 4 months with 15 calls a day for payment
-changed a contract
-swindled us into signing a bad contract
-was not even mentally fit when signing the "contract"
-the "contract" is not even the same amount they withdraw from your account
-constantly looking into your credit report which screws up your credit score
-harrassing letters
-Said our business would increase with this equipment and could easily transfer the equipment to another business if we did not like it. That's probably who swindled us. Someone who didn't want theirs. You know the lease Number on top of the contract does not even match our bills.

And the list goes on... Please contact me if anyone would be interested in a class suite. These people need to be stopped. I plan to fight this thing to the end.
